Christmas Eve Bigfoot hunt

To give you an idea of what that last Bigfoot outing was like. We have a tradition of going out on Christmas Eve. Then, we have a social get together for all the team.

Was there a Bigfoot child in this tree

Way back in the day when I used my first crap camera, I took a video where an arm seems to move from the tree tops. I went back there yesterday and took photos and video. Go to the navigation tabs above under "sighting videos" and you will see the old video. Chuck was the one that spotted it.

The Seminole Skunk Ape location project

This short video will give you the general idea of the Seminole Project and what we are attempting to accomplish. We take the responsibility seriously that the Olympic Project has bestowed upon us by lending us the cameras and we are doing our best to make this a success. We have put in a tremendous amount of work to secure the perfect areas for a possible finding. Let me explain.

The areas we have found were test run first after scouting the areas for evidence of natural resources. Water, vegetation, cover and seclusion were high on the list. If we could go for hours without ever seeing another human being then we knew we were in the right areas. Test runs of the Reconyx RC60 stealth cams proved the areas were teaming with wildlife. We then set a permanent deployment for a November media card and battery change out.

All is set and now the areas are full of swamp water and bugs. We could not realistically get back there which is good. Nobody else could get back there as well. With the change of season in November, all should be well.

A photo of a Skunk Ape?

I was going through some images in a file I took three years ago near the Hillsborough river. I had not noticed this before or forgot about it. I took the image but don't really remember it.
It seems strange that it looks like it has head and shoulders. When you zoom in it looks even better. Not claiming its anything other then an interesting image.

Skunk Ape prints in front of the trail cam

One of photos above shows the field of grass in the Green Swamp were the camera is aimed. The other shows the prints we found that we believe are from an upright walking animal. The trai of prints went right through this grass field.
This area is surrounded by cypress tree's and swamp water. You will get your feet wet coming out here. There are also gators and snakes. This is probably why most people in Bigfoot are armchair people (Sharon Lee) because this could be dangerous.
Tim Fasano and Kevin Kehl will be back at it today. Stay tuned.

Something moving in the Myakka River jungle

Kevin was about 100 feet from me as I was zooming in on the movement I saw. Years of doing this have taught me what belongs out here. Some of my viewers think they see something.

Double lock mechanism on the Reconyx RC60 trail cams

I got the adjustable cable locks that we ordered. This feature will add additional stability and security to the cameras.

I watched a video last night by Matt Pruitt of the BFRO. He is a field researcher, and team leader in Bigfoot expeditions. On the video about his experiment with the thermal feature of the reconyx RC60 cameras, he expresed his concern about hiding the cams so they are not stolen. These locks should do the trick.

Summer fun on a Bigfoot expidition

I am very tired but I have a lot of stuff that made this trip very special. Everything went right. The weather and the bugs cooperated and we made it to Skunk Ape Mountain. I will soon upload all the video. We hide nothing.

Controlled Burn

I sometimes come across smoldering underbrush. This was in the Withlacoochee State Forest. My understanding is that by controlled burns, they are actually helping the environment. It allows more sunlight in, and creates pathways for animals. Why try to control the environment? Can't they just leave mother nature alone? Man has caused enough harm, I believe.

You can see this will take years to recover. Its just an ugly scar and vegetation has been destroyed

A Vocalization Of A Giant Ground Sloth Recorded Near The Amazon River

I was asked by observers how can you have a recording of a Giant Ground Sloth if they went extinct 10,000 years ago. That is because Pat Spain and his sound engineer went out to a very remote part of the Amazon basin and recorded a strange sound at night. If you enlarge the vocals on a modern tree sloth, the sound is almost identical. This segment on BEAST HUNTER captured the recording and the explanation of why they think it may be a giant ground sloth.

Ocala National Forest prime Bigfoot area

Ocala is now on our radar. Kevin and Teri went up there this weekend and found a trove of footprints on friends private property. The wildlife prints were Turkey, bear, and deer. Marion county Florida has more reported sightings then any other county. We are already making plans for operations between October - April. This should raise our game to a new level.

Bigfoot and the powerlines

The key to the trail cam deployment was putting it near this powerlines complex. I subscribe to the theory that Bigfoot follows these corridors for transportation. They also communicate by knocking on them. The high tension allows the knocks to travel long distance. I know they ate here and that is why the six month deployment.

Deploying final trail cam for summer

I wanted to get this trail cam out in the Hillsborough County hurricane flood zone. Its a government controlled area since hurricane Donna hit Tampa in 1960. The locke system is to prevent the city from flooding if another one hits.

You can see this mechanism that will close the river off in a civil emergency.

A powerlines system runs through here that I believe the Skunk Apes use to traverse.

I found an awesome spot with evidence of hog activities to launch the Reconyx. Kevin and I will be back in November to check the results.

New trail cam images from Green Swamp

These are images from trail cam retrival over the weekend. Lots of wildlife out in this track. For a 16 day test run, this area is very promising. It is off the hook with stuff going on out there.

Coyote, deer, and hog

This is an area in the Green Swamp where Kevin and I have got visuals on most wildlife. This area is always active and during the Bigfoot expedition last week, it was no letdown. Kevin saw four bucks and they did not run. He had video and should post it soon. This area will be our next Deep Skunk trail cam deployment area.

Why I think Bigfoot ancestral DNA is NOT HUMAN

This was recorded on the Enigmatic Anomalies TV show in an interview segment. I had an hour long sit down to explain my views on many Bigfoot topics. I know some of them are controversial, but I can back them up with logic. Face it, Bigfoot is not a tool maker, a fire maker, or an artist. These three things set us apart from all animals.

Investigation in the Bigfoot sighting zone

A7QyEN8CAAArn6FKevin and I were able to get back out to the Sasquatch sighting area Thursday. Our hope was that since the area was fresh, there may be evidence at the scene. The terrain would be just like it was 10 days before so we were able to do test that determined the height of the creature.
Using a bamboo pole and having each one of us stand behind the palmetto line, we did test from the shooting angle to see how tall it was. Our conclusion was it was upwards of seven feet. That is why he may have been having trouble hiding for he was out in the open and not directly along the line.
Kevin had a parabolic mic which many in Bigfoot are using now becasue it can pinpoint sound from quite some distance. The day we did the follow up investigation there was, of course, not much going on. That is the nature of this business. Exposure increases your odds. That is how I got lucky the other day.
I believe the Bigfoot that was video taped in Florida was standing 20 feet behind the palmetto line. We discovered a hard packed dirt horse trail in the open that would be consistent with the lighting seen in the video. The position was elevated and that made him look closer to the brush.
In the image below I am standing where I believe the Sasquatch stood. In the distance you can see where I was at. That is why he was trying to duck because he got caught in the open.

DNA test show new human or Bigfoot

The DNA results on these skulls could shake the underpinnings of established science. Kevin and Teri (close friends of mine) did a great job on this video. They are taking their channel to dizzying heights.

Bigfoot prints found on the savanna at Myakka River State Park

These Bigfoot prints were real and we measured them. This was from last years Myakka River State Park Skunk Ape hunt.

Myakka Skunk Ape investigation interview

This was at the exact spot of the Myakka Skunk Ape sighting. We were minutes away from going into the prairie to stand where the Skunkape was at. What we found was amazing.

Logistics of Myakka: OPERATION DEEP SKUNK

Tim Fasano explains the logistics of Operation Deep Skunk in Myakka River State Park. We were searching for proof of the Skunk Ape. We did not know it at the time but Kevin and I went deeper into the wild area of this park then anyone has ever been. This was confirmed by a park ranger who picked us up on the south state road and could not believe how we got there...we walked!

Bluff Charges

Aggressive behaviour has been reported by many Bigfoot researchers. This is common among primates to scare off adversaries.

The above video was from two years ago in the well grounds. It scared the hell out of me. I stood my ground and it backed off.

Sasquatch blind found at Myakka River State Park

A comment was left that pointed out something about the Sasquatch blind found by Stacy Brown Jr. that I did not think of. Humans would have something to sit on considering they could be all day out there.
"Tim : No indentations or impressions from maybe a fold-out chair or possible milk crate sized square inside blind ? Common for hunters or photographers...Just curious? I Understand no legal hunting is allowed... This seems pretty awesome and legit."

Exploring a sinkhole in the jungle

The mission was to reach the sinkhole in the Citrus Track at sunset. This is when animal activity is high and we may get some movement. George and I headed out.

George had a night optics setting on this camera and I was hopeful of getting something. We were making our way when we heard something. It was not Bigfoot; it was a truck passing our vehicle on the forest road. George was nervous because his truck was loaded with gear. He wanted to hurry and get back to the forest road. No problem, but you can't do Bigfoot research when you are rushed.

The sun set fast but we were just unable to stay. I don't know when we will be back. It may not even be this year. We are booked up and planning so many other trips. Ocala will be our prime area starting in November.

The truck was fine and we explored around the forest road. It was dark now but not much going on. We headed back to camp.

The structure found in the Green Swamp

This structure was found by Kevin when we were on night patrol. This thing was made, and not natural in origin. The question is who made it, and why. These types of structures have been found all over North America and they don't really offer much protection from the elements. That is why I think they are some kind of hunting blind.

You can clearly see this was put together. Many of the logs used were very heavy and dragged some distance, then, put together.

Another shot from a different angle.
